Our Philosophy

At Arke, we believe in giving back to the communities where we live and work. It helps us engage more in our professional lives and build deeper and more meaningful human connections. It gives us a chance to share our professional expertise and our personal passions.

Using our professional expertise, we work with Code/Out to develop a programming curriculum for prisoners and juvenile delinquents. This program teaches incarcerated people a valuable skill that can lead to internships and jobs with Arke when exiting the prison system. Arke and Code/Out are helping to lower the number of repeat offenders by offering a skill that is in demand and offers a higher sense of job security upon release.
