Innova Solutions
Our Philosophy
Since Raj Sardana founded the technology solutions company in 1998, Innova Solutions has been dedicated to giving back to those in need around the globe. Innova’s vision statement is a testament to the strength of the company’s commitment to doing good: “To be each client’s most valuable technology services partner and an industry-thought leader while generously giving back to our communities.”
In 2013, Raj, along with wife Nita and daughters Sonia and Shivani, founded the Innova Foundation to further this vision. Starting at home in Georgia, the foundation has delivered vital support in partnership with non-profit organizations to individuals and communities in need over the past decade.

The Innova Foundation
When Shivani Sardana Vohra helped establish the Innova Foundation in 2013, she defined the organization’s mission to serve communities in need while crafting its strategy for global outreach. Over the past decade, she— along with the Innova Foundation family—has expanded on that mission with a primary focus on improving the communities that Innova employees are a part of. The impact has been tremendous as the sheer number of such communities has compounded with the exponential growth of Innova Solutions across Europe, North America, and APAC.
Today, Shivani plays a critical role in guiding the foundation’s initiatives and furthering its mission. She has spear-headed its involvement with several organizations, including the TGI Tech Program, where she volunteered as a mentor and SAT prep tutor.
Shivani is also passionate about giving back to communities across the globe; in India, she champions the organization’s support of the Earth Saviours Foundation—a New Delhi-based NGO that affords essentials to more than 1,200 abandoned senior citizens while promoting social consciousness and environmentalism. With Shivani’s guidance, the Innova Foundation provides food each day for the Earth Saviours residents.
Shivani, along with the Innova Foundation, also partners with Akshaya Patra to provide two free meals for each student in the schools that the foundation has adopted in India. Extreme poverty often results in children from low-income families being forced to drop out of school to earn money and support their families. This not only limits their opportunities for education and future success, but also perpetuates the cycle of poverty for future generations. Partnering with Akshaya Patra provides motivation for children to attend school as they are able to receive two free meals per day and inspires them to grow into the leaders of tomorrow.
Closer to her home in the Chicagoland area, Shivani and the foundation support Apna Ghar—a not-for-profit organization that is focused on solving gender violence in Asian communities and beyond. Apna Ghar supports community members affected by gender violence by providing safe housing options, such as apartments & hotel rooms, food, transportation, household & essential items, and financial assistance while providing resources, connection, counseling, and emotional support as well as legal advocacy and immigration support. Under Shivani’s direction, the Innova Foundation has partnered with Apna Ghar to provide additional educational opportunities to members of their community.
