Our Philosophy

LogistiCare is the nation’s largest manager of non-emergency medical transportation (“NEMT”) programs for state government agencies and managed care organizations. LogistiCare is focused on providing access to convenient, cost-effective, safe and reliable transportation. In 2019, LogistiCare managed over 63 million trips for more than 24 million eligible riders in 50 states and the District of Columbia.

During the COVID-19 pandemic, LogistiCare immediately formulated a task force and implemented their disaster recovery plan to address the many facets of the crisis.  The company swiftly took steps to continue operations to meet the life-sustaining needs of their members, keep their employees safe, and make sure their transportation provider partners remained safe and in business. Dan Greenleaf, CEO of LogistiCare, shared this video message highlighting those efforts.  You can learn more about LogistiCare’s response to COVID-19 at www.LogistiCare.com/COVID19

LogistiCare is a corporate sponsor of the National Kidney Foundation (NKF).  Thousands of employees across the country annually participate in fundraising Kidney Walks.  Through their fundraising efforts and corporate contributions, LogistiCare has raised and donated more than $700,000 since 2014 to assist NKF with their efforts in the awareness, prevention, and treatment of kidney disease. LogistiCare also partners with the NKF and their Drive for Dialysis program where LogistiCare employees create hundreds of care packages and deliver them to dialysis patients throughout metro Atlanta.

Annually since 2009, LogistiCare has held Gobble Up Hunger Food and Clothing drives across the country. In 2019, their employees collected nearly 71,000 food and clothing items for distribution to people in need through local churches, rescue missions, soup kitchens and shelters.

LogistiCare participates in many local activities in all of their markets across the country.  For example, LogistiCare sponsored the 2019 Special Olympics Maine Summer Games and partnered with the United Way of Greater Atlanta to assist with its Shoebox Project to collect toiletries for those in need throughout Atlanta.
