Our Philosophy

At 3Ci, it’s all about “giving forward.” As Owner & CEO Don Barden would say, “giving back assumes you took something. Great leaders ‘give forward,’ without any expectation of anything in return.” It is our mission at 3Ci to continue to invest in and serve communities and causes that positively impact the people of Georgia. You can find us taking 250 U.S. Army Rangers to an Atlanta Hawks game for Christmas every year, or working on our 14th Habitat Home this spring, or donating our time and fundraising dollars to support technology initiatives for women, minorities, and children in Atlanta.
