A Happy House Real Estate

Our Philosophy

A Happy House is a Keller Williams First Atlanta realty initiative with the unique ability to monetize real estate transactions for the nonprofit community. A Happy House is a for-purpose company built around the belief that, as the world around us evolves, so should our options to create social impact. We partner with incredible nonprofits in Georgia with impacts that reach across the state, nation, and around the world. A Happy House works with nonprofits to market to the donors that love their cause. At closing, we donate twenty-five percent of our commission to support amazing nonprofits. There are no extra fees and we hold the same industry standard commission. Donors are already buying and selling, why shouldn’t they support a good cause while they’re at it?

We believe that A Happy House fundraisers are better for both donors and nonprofits. Giving through A Happy House is personal, convenient, and has no extra cost for the buyer or seller. The process is easy to integrate into any fundraising campaign, and in a time of social distancing, donors have the ability to give without gathering for a large event. Nonprofits receive free, full-service professional marketing. The campaign adds no additional workload on staff and requires no rental or catering fees.

We believe in effective storytelling. We yearn to share the mission and hearts of the nonprofits with which we partner. We share with our audience professionally designed graphics, branded to the nonprofits’ guidelines and tailored for their audience. We integrate video storytelling, as well as email and social media marketing. Our community is our greatest asset. We love to hear about new ways to connect with our neighbors, and we love to hear instances of our neighbors connecting with each other. We want to make a difference and to hear about our neighbors’ favorite causes.  Let us know how we can help.
