Secure Record Solutions
Our Philosophy
Founded in 2003 by Powell Jones, Secure Records Solutions is a family-owned and operated business built on Christian principles with the philosophical foundation of understanding and solving real problems for our clients based on their unique needs. Our number one core value is to improve the lives of others. We honor that commitment in the work we do, and beyond business by looking for opportunities to help the communities where we work and live based on our unique capabilities.
“By focusing our creativity and passions on doing good in the communities in which we work and live, we create a larger economic impact and a better life for our team, clients, family and friends. What else are we supposed to be working for?”
– Christopher Jones, Owner & Chief Problem Solver
SRS leverages financial resources, time, and company assets to contribute annually to local non-profits. Team members currently sit on 12 non-profit boards. We donate thousands of dollars in boxes for Hands on Thomas County volunteer projects each year. In the Spring, our team funds and builds a house with Habitat for Humanity. We support the Thomasville Center for the Arts year round with men, trucks, and storage of their assets. While we make a point to support our communities with these ongoing relationships, this Fall we had an additional opportunity to give back in the aftermath of Hurricane Michael. We sent men, trucks, and chainsaws to clear fallen trees in Hawkinsville, Georgia. We donated nonperishable supplies and financial resources to Iron City, Georgia. We also deployed 10 trucks to Panama City and Port St. Joe, Florida to provide free shredding for organizations whose records were ruined by the storm surge.
From the beginning, Powell Jones believed SRS should give back to the community. His son Christopher Jones continues that practice now and encourages employees to do the same. Because of our business philosophy, the SRS family is focused on improving lives every day.
