Our Philosophy

At SignatureFD, we have a team-driven volunteer program that encourages our people to recommend community engagement activities that are meaningful to them. As an incentive to give back, we offer our employees unlimited vacation to volunteer.

As a business, our goal is to help clients make an impact with their wealth, which we believe extends beyond their financial resources to include their time, relationships, skills, and influence.  One way that each of us can have an impact on our wealth is through our generosity.  As trusted advisors, we are in a unique position to encourage those we serve to be intentional with their generosity.  We believe planned generosity will result in greater impact for the giver and the recipient.

One of the other ways that we encourage our clients is by hosting Generosity Summits.  The goal of these is to bring people together to learn.  The summits focus on issues in our community including human trafficking, challenges facing the neighborhoods near the new stadium, and youth leadership development.  We bring in leaders involved in these issues to share how they are addressing these issues, and how others can get involved.
